What should I expect / wear?
We’ll be looking at resolving specific limitations to your lifestyle. Some questions that might be asked include:
- Where does it hurt?
- Does movement make it worse or better?
- Better in the mornings or evenings?
- Is there radiating pain, tingling, or numbness?
Your return to a free, active lifestyle is my top priority, and your comfort and safety are paramount.
I’d recommend comfortable clothing, such as what you might wear to hike, practice yoga, exercise, or dance. For my clients who prefer unclothed massage, I uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and draping.
I encourage you to speak for your preferences on pressure and specific areas of focus.
Who is the therapist?
Hi, I’m Aubrey! I find massage therapy to offer many effective tools for naturally improving clients’ wellness.
Growing up in between worlds of Chinese and American cultural heritage, I have always found great approaches to problem-solving in the mix of backgrounds.
I look forward to working with you! Everyone has their own story to tell and together we can help steer yours to a brighter future.

I believe massage is great as often as possible, but if you’re not sure, I personally find it’s better to book a single 90-minute bodywork session than two 1-hour massages.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hour notice without penalty. Just let me know what’s going on and I’ll work with you.
